Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Auralith ("Auralith", "we", "us") operates this website, auralithvisuals.com, which showcases the Auralith real-time 3D jewellery configurator and lets prospective customers register their interest. Auralith is a South African business and is the responsible party for personal information collected through this site, as contemplated by the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

2. What we collect
We keep collection deliberately minimal. Through this site we collect:
- Interest registration details - your name, email address, and (optionally) your store or brand name, when you submit the "Register interest" form.
- Technical log data - our hosting and content-delivery providers record standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and performance purposes.
This site does not currently use analytics trackers or marketing cookies. The live 3D demo on the homepage runs in your browser and does not link your interactions to your identity on this site.
3. Why we collect it
We use your registration details to respond to your enquiry, manage our early-access list, contact you about onboarding, and send you updates that relate directly to your registration. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
4. Where your information is processed
Form submissions are stored in our own workflow system, hosted on infrastructure we control, and in the customer relationship management (CRM) system we use to manage enquiries. Some service providers, including our CRM platform, may store information on servers located outside South Africa. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information receives a level of protection consistent with POPIA, including contractual safeguards with those providers.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf - such as our hosting provider, workflow system, CRM platform, and email services - and only to the extent needed to operate this site and respond to you. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. We never sell or rent your personal information.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your registration details for as long as needed to manage your interest in Auralith and any resulting relationship. If you ask us to delete your details, we will do so unless we are required by law to keep them.
7. Your rights
Under POPIA you may ask us, at any time, to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to correct or update it, to delete it, or to stop processing it. Send any such request to info@auralithvisuals.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
If you believe we have handled your personal information improperly, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) - see inforegulator.org.za.
8. Security
This site is served over HTTPS, and access to stored personal information is limited to the people and systems that need it. We use reputable providers and take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access.
9. Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version, and material changes will be posted on this page.
