1. These terms
This website, auralithvisuals.com, is operated by Auralith ("Auralith", "we", "us"), a South African business. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. What this site is
This site presents the Auralith real-time 3D jewellery configurator and allows prospective customers to register their interest. Registering interest creates no contract, subscription, or guarantee of access to the Auralith platform - it simply tells us you would like to hear from us. Use of the Auralith platform itself is governed by a separate agreement provided at onboarding.
3. The live demo
The interactive 3D demo on this site is provided for demonstration purposes. It may be changed, replaced, or unavailable at any time. Renders are photoreal representations - actual colours, materials, and finishes may display differently depending on your screen and may differ from a finished physical piece.
4. Intellectual property
Everything on this site - the Auralith name, logo and logotype, the text, design, imagery, 3D models, renders, and underlying software - belongs to Auralith or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of it without our prior written permission, except for normal personal viewing of the site.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this site. In particular, you will not:
- scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content or data from the site;
- attempt to interfere with the site's operation, security, or the demo embed;
- reverse engineer or extract the source of the configurator beyond what normal browser use involves;
- submit false or misleading information through the interest form;
- use the site for any unlawful purpose.
6. Third-party services
The site links to related services, including the Auralith platform sign-in. Those services may have their own terms, which apply in addition to or instead of these when you use them.
7. No warranties
This site and its content are provided "as is" and for general information. While we aim to keep everything accurate and available, we make no warranties about the completeness, accuracy, or availability of the site, and product capabilities described here may change as the platform evolves.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by South African law, Auralith will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 where it applies.
9. Privacy
We collect and handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version, and continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
